1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using TyLoop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. License Grant

TyLoop grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices owned or controlled by you.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

TyLoop offers auto-renewable subscriptions to provide premium features:

• Plans: Monthly ($2.99) and Yearly ($19.99).
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID/iTunes Account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current rates.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of TyLoop.
• Use the app for any unlawful purposes or in any manner that violates local or international laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TyLoop is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TyLoop and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
